Red Palm Estate Key Holding and Rental services

As a legal registered company we always aim to achieve high standards for our clients. We offer a variety of options to suit our clients needs whether their property is for renting or for personal use with friends and family. Our personal service gives our clients peace of mind in the knowledge that their
property is being cared for in the best way possible. A range of services can be arranged, from major building works to minor repairs, leaving you the owner free to enjoy your time with your property.

We offer different options with different services, however we are happy to consider
any requests from our clients individually.

Keyholding

Option 1:

Key holding only €7 per month minimum 12 month

Option 2:

For this service €24 per month minimum 6 month

This includes the following:

Visual checks only
Monthly check of property
Check plumbing and electrics
Windows and doors are secure
Checking outdoor space and pool
Collection of mail
Check property for storm damage when necessary
Monthly report to include pool if applicable

Option 3:

For this service €30 per month minimum 6 month

This includes the following;

Weekly checks of property
Check plumbing flushing of toilets, check electrics operation of appliances
Security of windows and doors
Checking outdoor space and pool
Collection of mail
Check property for storm damage when necessary
Weekly report if required to include pool if applicable

Rental Services

Red Palm Estate and JC Property Management offer a rental service to customers who want to rent their property to other customers who want to stay longer or shorter on the Costa Blanca. A basic fee of 20% of the rental amount includes initial photography and presentation of the property in the rental platform, marketing, and all administrative handling of the rental process. Other services and prices are shown below

There are no fixed annual or monthly fees, but a fixed cost is added for each rental occasion of €30 for key delivery and meet and greet of the tenants. We will show the guests arround and how to use available equipment. This is done between 07.00 and 23.00, for delivery between 23.00 and 07.00, another €18 is added to the price. The prices also include collection of keys and inspection of the property upon tenants leaving.

Cleaning is done by our staff and not by the tenants themselves. Thorough cleaning requires both experience and knowledge, and to avoid complaints from tenants, cleaning is very important. If the cleaning is done by someone other than Red Palm Estate, we cannot take responsibility for neither quality nor customer satisfaction. If the cleaning needs to be corrected, additional costs will be incurred.

Larger properties price on application
General cleans are priced on an hourly basis at €15/hour. These cover after construction works, deep cleans, annual clean. For new owners
we also offer a moving in clean.

Property Cleans

On arrival we will hand two sets of keys, show guests around property and how to use available equipment. On departure we collect two sets of keys check property for damage and securely lock property.
The cost for this service is €30 between 7 am and 11 pm extra €18 if
outside these times.

Welcome Packs-Shopping

This is a new service that we are pleased to offer for the arrival of yourselves or guests is grocery shopping.
For this service there is a standing charge of € 12 including IVA, plus cost of items requested paid on arrival.
A limit of €40 per order and
orders to be placed 48 hours prior to arrival.

Callout charges

Callout charges will apply should any emergency occur when a representative
has to attend the property.
The charge for this is 7am to 9pm €24 callout plus €15 per hour
thereafter.
Out of hour charges from 9pm to 7am €50 callout plus €24 per hour
thereafter.
Guests will be charged if deemed they are at fault.

All prices are inclusive of 21% IVA

Property Care and Maintenance

We can offer care for your property. Should any damage or failure of items occur with your property we can arrange for repairs by professional competent trade persons.

We offer a pool cleaning service for €730 per year, chlorine tablets included, other chemicals extra.
