Defined volumes, extensive glazing and private infinity-edge swimming pools give the development its identity, while varying proportions and layouts lend each home its own character.

Inside, open-plan spaces invite people to come together. Outside, the terraces offer places to dine, relax in the shade or follow the changing light throughout the day. A home designed for enjoying time together, with space to find a moment of solitude, too.

At Valle Romano, the coastline and the inland landscape become part of everyday life. Set within an established residential community, where neighbours live all year round, the setting accommodates both the routines of daily life and the pleasure of taking time off.

Golf becomes part of the coastal lifestyle. Designed by Cabell B. Robinson, Valle Romano’s 18-hole course has hosted Challenge Tour events and the European Tour Qualifying School. Views of the sea and Sierra Bermeja accompany every round, while practice facilities and a clubhouse complete the experience.

The architecture is shaped by the relationship between each room and the world beyond. Glazing opens the living areas onto the terraces and water, while cantilevered volumes and pergolas define the outdoor spaces.

Silk-grey façades and graphite-toned profiles create a calm, understated palette. Wood-effect aluminium pergolas bring warmth and cast patterns of light and shade across the terraces, shifting throughout the day.

Each typology interprets these elements in its own way. Together, they form a distinctive architectural ensemble, with homes whose individual character reveals itself as you move through them.

The kitchen island becomes a natural gathering point: coffee before the day begins, preparing something to eat as friends arrive, or a conversation that carries on through dinner. The fitted kitchen combines a functional island, integrated appliances and a light worktop with delicate veining. Soft Lava cabinetry is complemented by warmer-toned side panels, with a layout tailored to each villa. The induction hob with integrated extraction keeps the cooking area clear. A built-in oven and microwave, an integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher complete a kitchen conceived as an extension of the living space.

Materials, glazing and building systems enhance everyday life at home, from the first step onto the warm bathroom floor to the final swim of the day.

Interior and exterior surfaces are conceived as a continuous palette. Large openings feature high-performance thermal glazing. Zoned heating and cooling provide year-round comfort. Electric underfloor heating is included in the bathrooms. Private infinity-edge swimming pools feature saltwater treatment.
