The house is located in a well-established residential area on the outskirts of the Spanish town of San Miguel de Salinas. Here you are close to several golf courses and with the prestigious Las Colinas closest. It takes approx. 15 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa and just as long to Torrevieja.

The large plot is 552m2 and consists of several good social areas. At the entrance from the road find a carport with an electric gate to easily park in the shade on the lot.
There is also a large dining area with easy access to the kitchen. Here you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and the pool.

From the hall you have the modern kitchen on the right and a guest toilet on the left before you enter the living room with dining area. From here you have beautiful views from all windows and access to a terrace with an additional dining area.

-The wind on the hill gently blows through the house and ensures pleasant and natural cooling in the evening and at night.
-The view of the mountains from the upper terrace is wonderful. In the spring and summer, you can see the fireworks that end the local festivities in the cities - it looks like bright spots of color in the sky up there.
-The glitter on the walls in the bathroom next to the master bedroom always puts you in a good mood!
-Barbecuing on the terrace by the pool with family and friends is our favorite time.
-Relaxing on the air mattress in the pool and cooling off helps to get rid of all thoughts and completely relax.
-The dog loved spending time in his own room by the pool area and the separate "dog bathroom".
-We always felt a bit like kings and queens in a castle when we were in the house!
