The location is perfect, just 300 meters from one of the Costa Blanca's most beautiful beaches in a quiet area where you can enjoy the sunny Mediterranean climate all year round. Along the beach you will find several nice restaurants, most of which are open all year round.
The view from the glazed terrace is magical with views of the sea, the mountains and the city of Alicante.

The area is a little gem on the coast that is very popular with Spaniards, but more and more northern Europeans are starting to find their way to this area as it is ideally located with 10 minutes to the airport and Alicante city center.
Within a few minutes walking distance you will also find a beautiful nature reserve with pine forest and several walking paths.

Before entering the apartment, you enter the pleasant, common stairwell which is shared by three apartments and is decorated with green plants.
In the apartment you are welcomed by a hall with space for outerwear and shoes. There is also one bathroom as well as a storage room and the smallest bedroom. The spacious living room is bright, thanks to the large windows with lots of light. There is plenty of space for a sofa group and dining area and it is open to the kitchen.

The large terrace is well thought out with space for relaxation furniture and a café group. Thanks to the glazing, it can be used as an extra living room all year round!

Next to the living room there is a separate part with the two large bedrooms where you can also enjoy the beautiful view and a bathroom with window.

There is a well maintained pool area in the community as well as a private covered parking space in the fenced area. The property has two lifts and a shared roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sunset and look out over the nature reserve.

We asked the owner about 5 things she liked most about the apartment and got the following answer:

1. One of the best things about the apartment is the light that comes in through the balcony and the bedroom windows. From there you see a radiant sun, a blue sky and the sea.

2. I love these morning walks along the long beach with clean sand and crystal clear water. From the beach, I like to look at the city skyline of Alicante and the mountains behind it.

3.It is not the typical cramped holiday apartment.
It is spacious, comfortable, the kitchen is large with three bedrooms and two bathrooms which makes the stay for those who come to visit comfortable and pleasant.

4. I like to sit on the balcony with my morning coffee, solve crossword puzzles or read a book in the radiant sun and the blue sky I miss so much when I travel back home.

5.It is a privilege to get to Alicante Airport and be in the apartment in just 10 minutes by car. Avoiding a long transport to the apartment is much appreciated.
