The apartment is located right in front of the marina in Guardamar del Segura with its cozy restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is very spacious and bright thanks to large windows that go from floor to ceiling. The living room has a panoramic view of the sea and you walk straight out onto the well-appointed terrace to enjoy the sea breeze. There is also a separate, well-equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms overlooking the sea. One bedroom has a large corner window where you can watch the sunrise over the sea. There are two modern, well appointed bathrooms, one of which is directly adjacent to the master bedroom. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to the upper floor where you enter a glazed lounge room with two comfortable recliners.

From here you go right out onto the huge, completely private roof terrace which is divided into several outside areas, so you always have sun on some part, all day!

There is already a tourist license for the apartment, so if you wish you can easily rent out the apartment when you do not use it yourself. The apartment is sold fully furnished and equipped so you just have to move right in!

In the private area in which the apartment is located there is a large, beautiful pool area, tennis court, basketball, ping pong and mini golf. There is also a private parking space in the garage which is under the house.

In the marina you will find restaurants and cafes and only a few minutes away you will find grocery stores and all other service that may be needed. You can also walk along the sea to the city, it takes about 30 minutes along the beautiful beach.
